On 12/15/2021 I made a $2400.00 deposit for fence install to owner ***** of On The Line Fence. After lengthy rejections by my HOA I was contacted by on 3/16/23 ***** and she said she would start the refund. I asked her not to because i wanted to make another attempt in trying to get approved, also because I locked in on a good rate that I didn't want to lose. After other HOA denials I messaged ***** on 5/5/24 to request my deposit be returned. I was told I would receive it in ***** days. After the 45 days I notified her twice. One excuse was she's sick then the other was she was out of town. Today, I'm still waiting for a refund I just don't know what to do so here I am. This client had us in limbo for close to 3 years for work to start. We offered a refund on numerous occasions which he refused. The file complaint shows an amount of $2400 which is not what he paid. Receipt attached as well as contract. We have refunded the majority of this clients money since this complaint was filed.

Full payment of $2088 has been refunded to the client. Per the signed contract we reserve the right to charge $200 cancellation fee. Which we did. The client had us hanging for years before deciding to cancel. All payments have been made to client by *****. He claimed it was 2400, which as proved by the receipt it was not. As far as Im concerned this case is closed.
