Buyer Beware, I believe this business is shady. They don't have reviews (until mine) , they won't come out in advance to measure & they only take cash apps.

When my flooring installer told me the price their tile removal service would charge to remove tile, I figured I could find a reputable business who might charge less but do an equally good job. After talking with the owner, Renan ***** & asking a lot of questions prior & then seeing their work on Instagram, I knew the floors would be smooth when finished. So I moved forward with having their crew come out to removal my tile. Honestly the bad experience I had started from the poor measuring they did with an inaccurate laser measure which measured more than my installers had measure. Next they covered my stove with plastic . The first time I asked why they covered it versus pulling it out to get the tile from under it, the guy I asked then looked under it & realized it had tile under it. The other guy told me they had tried to pull it out but it was stuck & they weren't able to pull it out. I told them they had to pull it out & that I could bring in people to help if that would help, that's when he said we'll "try" it again. Next thing I know they are pulling the plastic off of everything & had not yet pulled the stove out or even tried to remove the tile behind it. So I asked them yet again to pull it out. They didn't put any plastic back up (it seemed like they were in a hurry to get home). They finally did a super quick removal, so fast I couldn't see under it. I also noticed that my floors had quite a bit of thinset left on them (which they shouldn't) & I asked Thiago about it & if the installers would be able to install over this & he assured me they would. Then he told me it wouldn't come up because it was old tile. The tile came up very easily because it was so old & really cracked. When I reached out to the owner before paying to discuss all this all he did was defend his crew. (I forgot to mention the shoddy removal job) he offered no help & no solutions & took no accountability. A few days later (weekend in between) my installers saw pictures of this work & told me that their team will have to rework most of this because it was so poorly removed. I even asked a third party who does his own installation & tile removal for his business & he agreed that the work was poorly done & that my new LVP can't be out down in a floor like that. I ended up having to pay my installer $600 extra to pay have them make it smooth to get the job done. Again I reached out to Renan ***** who offered no solutions & no refund of any type. He did however tell me I being ripped off by my installers, which was a lie. This was an expensive lesson I learned but I hope it saves you from using this company for your tile Removal. Don't let their Instagram pictures fool you that's not at all what my floors looked like. He didn't even apologize or take any kind of accountability or responsibility for the job they did.
