              Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel & Oaklawn Cemetery is the funeral home that conducted my brother, ******* *********, funeral back in 04/2022. My family paid around $4,000 for a tombstone of our design choice. Part of the tombstone design was to include a photo of my brother. We were told the design and placement of the tombstone would take 3-4 months, which it did. However the tombstone arrived with no picture. My mother inquired about the missing picture multiple times and they said it would take a little while longer. It has now been over a year since my brother's funeral and his tombstone still does not include the picture we paid for. I went in person to the funeral home to inquiry about the tombstone on 8/16/2023. I was told I would get a call back and I never did. I called them on 8/22/2023 and was told again I would receive an urgent call back and I never did. I would like the tombstone that was paid for.
