Placed an order on 5/15/21 for a dresser and nightstand. After being lied to about shipping dates for three weeks and asking to cancel, they finally shipped out the dresser which arrived damaged on 7/15/21. After emailing pictures of damage to manager Jimmy, he refused to help stating damage was "not that bad" despite terms and conditions stating if item arrives damaged it can be returned within 7 days for a refund. My husband tried to call over the course of two weeks with calls unreturned. Another email sent on 8/12/21 with more detailed pictures as well as original packaging pictures sent per request. Manager states they will not refund nor pay for shipping of item back despite being in original packaging. The manager Jimmy has continuously been rude and name called both my husband and I. I'm 8 months pregnant and the amount of stress he has caused has been horrible. Seeking $1228 refund.
