OCC was A Godsend they came at a time when it looked hopeless and burnt told me and my family were gonna rebuild! Came in salvaged pictures and paperwork important irreplaceable paperwork cleaned up the burnt remnants of the house and worked diligently until it was a place called home we are Grateful and Thankful for THE **** Using OCC 911 To Help put things back together concerning our Home. In in 2020 unfortunately, I incurred fire damage to my home under a lot of dismay, anxiety and not knowing exactly what to do or how to go about it, *************************, and the ******* team came to my rescue. I cannot tell you how informative how professional this company and its staff are they help me out immensely through the process of getting my home repaired we had many obstacles Covid to supply shortage, especially the windows three inspectors for contractors. OCC911 helped us with the multiple repairs that needed to be done after a tree fell on part of our house and property during Hurricane Ian. It took months for the insurance company and the construction company to get on the same page, but after that time passed and the work began, things started happening. My commendations to the office staff who patiently kept me informed and worked with me during the insurance delays. The various subcontractors who were pulled in for our needs were all good companies, with tradesmen who were professional in their work ethic in every way - knowledgeable, thorough and tidy. And the one who pulled it all together, who helped me maintain my sanity as I walked through all of this, was our project manager Mike Dies. He was the perfect one for our job! His demeanor brought calm into what could have been chaos. His attention to detail is so invaluable when so many different things had to be done and schedules had to be juggled. Going the second mile was easy for him. When the jobs were all finished, we were very happy with the results.

Such an amazing experience with Orange Country Construction 911. We had to get some mold remediation done with our AC units prior to selling our home and they were very prompt coming out to see us and also did the job to perfection. The techs we had were very knowledgeable explaining what they were doing and doing a walk through at the end showing everything that was handled. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any water damage, mold issues or any other home damage. 100% will be using them for any future needs.
