This past weekend I had a terrible experience at your store. The receipt shows your store is****** at the International Premium Outlets. It started off as a great experience, we had a rep help us get shoes we needed, he was great. I wish I would have asked for his name, because he deserves recognition. We finished choosing everything and then went to pay. That is where it went downhill. First, the associate helping us wasn't attentive or even engaging at all. Just kept scanning and bagging. That is fine. I noticed something was wrong when we were paying but I thought maybe I was just seeing things. As I was walking outside with my brother, I noticed the receipt said 8 items and not 7. We only "bought" 5 shoes and 2 shirts. But on the receipt it shows 5 shoes, 2 shirts and whatever item the last thing was. I made her aware of it and she started doing the return. She then needed a manager approval and then a manager came up, told her something about checking the cameras. That lady then told me that they would have to check the camera's before processing the return. This is where my experience went from bad to worse. After I said that I just wanted them to void that last item, they called another manager named Roberto. He told me the same thing, they would need to review camera's before processing the void. At this point, I got really irritated and upset. I can take alot of things, but making me feel like I did something wrong or that I stole something is something that I will not put up with. I have worked in retail for over 15 years, you never make the customer feel like they are doing something wrong. The customer should always be right. They we're insistent on checkin the cameras. I then decided to just return EVERYTHING, and he said he still needed to review the cameras before processing a refund/return. Even after checking the camera's and seeing that nothing was missing and that it was legit, he didnt apologize, he didn't try to make the situation correct.
