On November 4, 2023 we rented a car with the company "Renta Facil", a branch of "Viaja Facil"; That day they informed us that we had to pay a deposit, although we had asked them on several occasions what the total price was and the deposit was not mentioned, however we paid it ($250 plus the rest of the car rental: $282). Note: the company was very misleading with the prices since they changed the day we looked for the car even though we asked the final price several times. The day we returned the car, they told us that there was no problem with it and that they would return the money to us in ***** business days. To this day (around 80 days later) we have not received the deposit. When speaking with the company they tell us that they cannot do anything since it is the counter who must send the money and that the counter does not answer them, we have contacted them around ****************************************************************************************************************************************** any other number I get from the company they take me to the same person who tells me exactly the same thing.
