            BBB unable to locate business
            Place ******** *** order on 6/10/2024 to be delivered on 6/16/2024. I kept checking the tracking and they said it was being made. The item was never delivered and when I tried calling the number to check it would not go through. Called the store and left a message (that is all you can do because nobody answers the phone after trying several times.) I received a message back on 6/17/2024 asking me when do I want the item to be delivered. Called back several more times to get the answering machine. Never heard anything back from them. I would like them to credit me back so I can get my father another ******** *** gift. I am on disability and could barely afford that gift. My father is 94 years old and turning 95 in December. He lives in ******* and I am in **********. I do not know how many ******** ***s he has left. This was a special gift and now I am heart broken the way it has turned out.

            Bad store to deal with in as much as they never delivered our arrangement on Mother's day and my Sister's birthday and we never received an apology or reason why it never showed up. Tried several times to reach someone at the store and no response just ignored. Thank goodness we did receive our refund for the problem but that isn't the point it should have been done properly. Spoke numerous times the customer care line at corporate and no luck with reasoning just a sorry answer that isn't good enough. Ever since covid things have been falling apart with the satisfaction of customer service and the lack of products and people not caring like they used too. It is pretty sad that the younger generations will have to deal with these problems unless things fully go back to normal. Anyway don't deal with this store you will not be happy. Thanks
