My second story window fell out. I called the company to fix this because they previously fixed another window with a similar problem and did a good job. Over a month ago, I called asking for a repair. Was told that someone will come out to measure. First available time was one week later. A week later, I wait at my house for a half day (take off of work) and no one shows. Call the office and they apologize and reschedule the appointment. At rescheduled appointment, a person calls and leaves a message. They say they will not come out because I did not answer the phone. I call back and no one answers. Call the office and no answer. Next day, I call they office and they promise to send someone out. Someone comes out a few days later. I take another half day off of work to meet them. They walk in and measure the window and leave. They promise the window will be there within two weeks. No discussion of payment. A week later the office calls to say they have not ordered the glass. They say I need to pay in full first. They will not accept credit cards. I must drive to the office or mail a check. Driving to the office will require another half day off of work. I mail the check. Today, the Business has my check. They will not *************. They have not fixed my window. The business says the owner makes these decisions, picks up the checks and does not talk to any customers. No return call, holding my check and no fixed window. I hired Glass Doctor to fix the window. They fixed within two weeks and they took my credit card payment over the phone.Business response

The complaint is full of so many falsehoods that we are not going to waste that much time responding to it. We never received a payment of any kind and owe no refund to this person.
