I contracted with this company for a sign in 2020. The professionalism was suspect but I proceeded. The amount of stalls and delays were too much. Months after the sign was installed I was asked to sign paperwork for the city inspection. I was surprised that they mishandled the paperwork and felt lucky the City of Lake Mary didn't make us take the sign down. In early October I noticed part of the sign was not working. I spoke with them several times regarding getting the sign repaired and was told I was put in for scheduling, whatever that means. Two weeks later and the sign for my business was still inoperable and my business looked closed when the sun went down. I got to the owner, who told me he would schedule my service on Monday. Tuesday comes and I reach out again to find out when we are scheduled for repair. Finally I am told Saturday November 6 they will be at my business and repair the sign that serves as a beacon of marketing for my small business on busy Lake Mary Blvd. Sadly, there was a lot of rain on Friday and Saturday morning the owner tells me they have to reschedule for Monday. I called another company to come out to repair the sign on Saturday at my expense due to our need to have the sign operational. That company could not repair it and stated the race was inaccessible as it was placed in such a way he could not do anything and that the sign was not flush to the building and had a lot of flex because of it. So, $185 later, still no sign. I wait for a repair on Monday, Tuesday etc. On Friday, over 4 weeks after I initially reached out for repair to a sign under warranty, the owner tells me he does not know when they can repair the sign. At which point I advise him I am seeking legal remedy for the cost of the sign, the loss of business the unlit sign has caused and legal fees. Remarkably, a crew showed up about 6pm Friday! They repaired the pinched wire that caused the direct short and burned wire caused by the owner of the company's faulty installation 7 months ago. Buyer beware, overall this is definitely a company to stay away from.

First I would like to apologize if you felt that way. We constantly strive to satisfy our clients and improve our business.
Intially your first contact with our company was on August 06 2020 in the middle of the Pandamic and we did not go under contract untill September 25th of 2020. We processed your project and we submitted it for permitting. However most of the cities and counties have changed their process and were mostly working from home and delays were expected. your sign has been completed and installed by January 18 2021 and yes the owner of the company is the one who personally installed your sign given the imprtance of fulfilling our promises to our clients and because we did not have enough installers as a result of the Pandamic. Also at the time of the install the interior of your store was in the early stages of construction and you did not have any electriucal ran to the sign location neither. We made you aware of that at the time of install and we also tested the sign with a temporary extension cord for you to sign off on the project and the sign was in a working condition. You also agreed that once your electrical work is finished you will ask your contractor to connect to the primary electrical we left connected to the sign.
As far as permitting goes, we were not aware of any issue whatsoever and we closed the permit successfully.
As far as the repair goes and because we are booked for 8 weeks we were not able to get to you as quick as expected and the reason the other company could not repair your sign is not because they can not acces it but because they are not familiar with the raceway system we use with our signs which is actually called an easy mount raceway one of the best systems in the market because of the ease of installation and access to reapair if needed. In addition, in our industrie we deal with weather conditions and rain all the time so it is very common to run into delays. Finally our crew was able to resolve your problem and repair the issue and the reason we sent them out was not because of your threatening to take a legal action because we were not in fault if we are booked and we can not make it to you as quick as you expected. The only reason our Crew came and fixed the issue was because we stand behind our products and services.
