  I had this company install gutters on my home a year and a half ago when I got my roof replaced. The other day I noticed the gutters are disintegrating and there are thousands of small holes in them. One of their guys came out and said they think it happened when my pool solar panels leaked. I had a small leak which I noticed my pool water was low, so I shut off the panels within days, and had the leak fixed. The rep from the company claims that my pool water was so caustic that it rusted out the aluminum gutters. I have spoken with numerous other roofers and gutter companies and this is just not possible in such a short time. I asked the company to replace their faulty product as they claim to have a 5 year parts warranty, but they only offered to make me a "good deal" if I used they to pay for and replace the gutters with them.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/25) */ Contact Name and Title: John P*** Contact Phone: 407.580.7652 ext 101 Contact Email: [email protected] On July 30th, Tiger All Contractors Inc.'s field supervisor responded to Mr.******'s call about leaking gutters at the backside of his property. Upon initial inspection we noted the gutters were leaking due to corrosion found at the bottom of the gutters section at the back of Mr.******'s property only. The gutter at the front of his property showed no problems. This information was communicated on a call between Mr.****** and our Customer Service manager. We asked Mr.****** if he had used any chemicals to wash his gutters recently, the answer given was no. We asked if we can revisit his property once again to do a more thorough evaluation. At the second visit, our field supervisor climbed onto the roof and found roof shingles discolored or bleached directly under a solar panel system used control the property pool water temperature. Apparently there had been a leak at the solar system plumbing causing highly corrosive water treated with chlorine or bromine to make it to the property's rear of house gutter system causing the corrosion of mentioned gutters. With this new information, we contacted Mr.******'s wife (he was not available) and explained to her that Tiger All Contractors Inc. was not responsible for this damage and would not replace the gutters since this type of damage is not covered under our product warranty. Tiger All Contractors Inc. offered to provide Mr.****** with the best possible price to help him with the damaged gutter replacement. Tiger All Contractors will provide pictures, documentation and product warranty upon request.
