The Worst!!! Dyed my hair to a dark brown almost black and charged $285!! When I went in there I clearly told her I want light brown and full head foils and a cut. She said it had to be done in two stages. Dye hair and come back for foils. She told me the price was $200 for that. She said I need a deep conditioner and that would be $85. I agreed to the price and the services that she was going to provide. So l paid for everything upfront. The manager said it would be $200. I added a deep conditioner for $85. I come back to get the foils in and she said it would be an additional $290. I told her I already paid and she said no that I only paid for the color and cut!?!? ($285 for a cut and color?) (She didn't even cut it right).When she was done dying it I was a hockey and even told her that I did not ask for her to color my hair that color. She never ended up fooling my hair bc an argument induced about the foils. I was not going to pay her $600 for a cut color and foil. This is NOT right. They are not a high end salon and they couldn't even get it right. To top it off when I expressed my complete dissatisfaction the other hair stylist started to get into a yelling match with me and try to hit me!!! Then an all out brawl started. Not only was I assaulted they stole my money by not providing the services requested!! The only thing that I agreed to that was done right was the deep condition. That was $85. I had to go to another salon so they could fix my hair. It was horrible. They stole my money by not providing the services we agreed to. The stylist name is Alexandra B******. The resolution that I would like is my $285 back. For services not rendered and for harassment. Look at all of the **** and ****** reviews. EXACT same situations have happened to their customers numerous times. They are getting away with it too. You can contact Alex at ****** hair salon.
