I needed some plywood repaired in my kitchen and my bathroom when I spoke to Michael the homeowner he stated that he can do this and that he had a process tools and was going to charge me a per day rate the first day he got to the job it took him six and a half hours to cut out one section and put down one piece of plywood I had to help him rip up the floor because he told me it was going to take him forever to do then he had no way to get home to Orlando from Kenansville an hour and 15 minutes away I had to drive him into St Cloud so he can get an Uber after he started foaming holes and making really bad cuts and not doing the job properly from what he explained of making a tongue and groove saying that it would take him too long to complete what he told me he was going to do I told him to discontinue the job and he has to fix and make what's right he then threatened to lean against my home never cleaned up his messes very unprofessional making threats and such and still my floor isn't finished and this guy is unbelievable I'd like other people to know about this because it's not fair that he's ripping people off saying that he's going to do quality work and do work a certain way and then come to find out he's not doing it at all I've uploaded pictures to prove it I didn't send any screenshots because some of the things that are set in his text messages are very unprofessional and shouldn't be shown I will disclose at a later time if necessary
