I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience I had with R&K Home Improvements. Despite being scheduled by my HOA for a roof assessment due to leaks and damage, the company failed to show up for the initial appointment and subsequently rescheduled three times within a week, ignoring my specified availability. This resulted in significant disruptions to my work day and client commitments. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, disregard for my time, and poor communication make it impossible for me to recommend this company for any home repairs, including roof maintenance.

First and foremost, you are NOT our customer. The property management company gave you more than 24 hours notice that we were coming, which was what was required by your lease agreement. You are renters of the property, not the owner, so it is NOT your HOA. Secondly, we arrived on the morning that we were scheduled and when we arrived, you asked us to wait 45 minutes to an hour to enter the affected area. You asked us to come back later that day. Our ** explained that they were going out of town to work and would try to get back to meet your request, however, they were not able to. The ** communicated with you about such. The ** then agreed to work you into his schedule, however, every time he was available, you were very demanding and un-available for those times. The text message thread between you and the ** clearly shows the rudeness and disrespect of you and the ** decided to let your property management know that our company would NOT be completing any work on the property if you are the tenants. Our company refuses to work with anyone that is demanding, rude, disrespectful and feels that they are *********** something that they are not paying for. Any future contact with our company needs to be directed through your property management company as they are our clients, NOT YOU!
