Job was completed at a fair price. They were flexible working around my schedule, and were able to help shuffle my furniture around for a complex flooring job. There were some communication issues that caused extra work between different workers, that came on different days.

2W rebuilt my ******* Room blown away by Hurricane ***. They also repaired damage to my family room ceiling and laundry room. I found Wagson to be responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. Retired from management in the construction industry I became all too familiar with problematic contractors and subcontractors, so working with 2W was a relief from that kind of aggravation. Dealing with a home insurance claim is very stressful, but working with 2W Solutions has been the least stressful part of the process. Wagson is very patient and understanding regarding the sometimes slow timeline of adjusters, which was a relief. In term of their project work, we have been very impressed. ******** did an excellent job as project manager and keeping us informed throughout the process. Our primary contractor **** was thorough and always working hard to ensure the repairs met our approval and standards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of restoration work. 2W solutions were brought in by my insurance to help remove mold in my hallway closet and bedroom door area. They came quickly and when they said they would be there. They are easy to communicate with by phone or text. The worker who worked in my place was friendly, and had no problem with my dog or answering questions. It took longer to get done, but they let me know when things were changing. I will use them again if ever needed. Excellent work and great job! I cannot thank 2W Solutions enough! Wagson and his crew were a blessing to me and my sisters. We had a flood and then lost our Mother and had another flood. Wagson didn’t miss a beat. He got the insurance company to cover a new kitchen and they did a beautiful job. The whole experience was less stress than it could have been thanks to Wagson and his team! Wagson’s team did all the repairs and even fixed the paint on the ceiling that a prior painter had not matched. So very grateful for 2W Solutions!
