      the business promised to install baseboards in 3 bedrooms including closest, 1 hallway. He promised to come back and finish the closets as he needed to buy more baseboards but never came back. he was supposed to prime and paint the hallway but only painted and you can see the old color, which a 2nd coat (primer) was needed. promised to install door handles with new door hole notch. not done. He said he was going to finish all when he came back on 05/10/24 but as of today 05/23/24 he won't respond to text messages, phone call or emails. all i want is for him to finish the job or reimburse me for difference he didn't complete

      We went back to miss ***** 2 times after and explained that she did not pay for many of the things she said were included on the quote. She received what she paid for. She paid for 175 linear feet of baseboard and she is claiming that she paid for 300 which is very specific in the quote that she uploaded. Also the handles were installed and the paint was the one she picked as she provided the code. Primer was never in the quote. We went back 2 times and she did not answer the door. We do not have unlimited gas and time for her. We are not going back a 4th time.

      I am rejecting this response because: he is very much lying, not telling the truth. I'm working on translating all the text messages (from Spanish to English) I sent him and received. once again my mistake was to pay without overseeing the job in day light which was the the next day. nonetheless, on same day i requested his guys that did the work to fix things that didn't look completed. I'm also attaching photos of what I sent the owner. on my text to him he said he would come by and finish the work, but HE did not! i clearly told him when i was available for them to come over. we agreed on Friday, May 10, 2024. at 8am. it was a no show. after several texts, he responded on May 30, 2024 saying he was in **** in another job and his phone was not working, ??, and how i got him fired??? again didn't know what he was talking about. that is a long story. i do not wish for this vendor to finish or come by house any longer. i do wish he refunds me for work not completed, if not i Will take this to arbitration, court. I will not get swindled again from an unprofessional company. i have not requested anything beyond the scope of work of the quote. I'm requesting the vendor does a good job THAT I DID pay for. he's been very rude and unprofessional all this time when am underserving of such. i will add more photos accordingly of the unfinished job

      We will not provide refund or compensation because the customer failed to open the door for us 2 times in a row when the guys went back to fix some small details.

      Customer claims she still needs baseboard that were not quoted.

      She says that handles were not changed and they were.

      We also did some other small stuff for her for free and she still wants to scam our company.

      We are not refunding any money.

      This vendor is not truthful. why would i not open the door to have workers finish a job? I told him several times when i would be home working and on weeks ends but never showed up. he did say 1 time he was coming over, see text included, but never showed up. baseboards were not enough to finish the hallway room I'm using as my home office. I told you the baseboards you bought were not enough and you said yes. missing the other 2 bedroom closets. the handles were switched but not finished either. my error was to pay you for half unfinished work and that is my only claim. Scamming? you are the scammer! I'm sure other customers feel the same way I do, they just don't know what to do about reporting you. again, all I want is to have the painting done correctly as well as the unfinished baseboards install.

I want you to pay back half of the money since you did half of the work. the work was not completed to standards and I told you that, sent photos and YOU promised to complete. i don't want to deal with a scammer, unprofessional company like yours either. I will take other measures to resolve this at your expense.
