      I bought tickets for July -2023 and couldn’t make it cause death in family so I called to try and switch dates they said no and just took the money anyway .so my question is they just keep your money with no type of resolution and I think it stupid to give us and email and never get a response from them o will never buy again online

      Went to Seaworld Orlando on 8/13/2023, I purchased an animal care doll. I was overcharged. The purchase was 39.99 plus tax and surcharge. There was a price tag for 34.99 and then on top of the price tag was another price tag for 39.99. As far as yhe surcharge, there are no signs anywhere stating there are surcharges.

      I have Annual SeaWorld/Busch Gardens Auto Renewal pass for myself, and a Busch Gardens annual pass for my 95 year old Mom. It’s been automatically renewed for well over 20 years! I went to Seaworld July 18th 2023 with family to celebrate my sister’s birthday. I purchased seven bottles of water and gave the cashier my season pass for Seaworld/Busch and was given a runaround about my pass. It says gold, but he told me it wasn’t valid. I did not get my discount and was charged $37.00 for seven bottles of water. We went to Voyagers Smokehouse discount and it was a discount for a silver 2021 pass Silver. Even though my passes say Gold. That’s fine, it gave me a small discount. My sister and my brother both needed mobile carts due to handicap issues. we were charged and $135.00 per cart, and they had to be reserved the day before. We went to get the carts, we had to walk quite a distance in order to get to the stroller and cart pick up and then when we returned them, they had a long distance to walk to get to the car, due to where you pick up and return on. This park is poorly setup for the disabled & elderly. With the prices that Seaworld charges, the disabled are discriminated from going & for those price gouges on food and drinks, from a hot scorching day, changes need to happen. We enjoyed the time but beware of the cost even if you have an annual pass your discount are not what you think nor are the add add on which should make for a pleasant day.

      We purchased season passes last year for the whole family. The expired last month and with no notice given via email or another way they immediately charged our account $1,300.00 for an auto renewal. I called several times today and even spoke with a Supervisor after being on hold for 45 minutes to be placed on hold once again, all to be told sorry we will not refund your money since you did not call on the day of being charged. They have EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE on the phone.

      We located your account and see that you purchased your passes on October 22, 2021 and agreed to an auto-renewal of the passes during the purchase. We are sorry that you didn't remember this and for any inconvenience caused. You did not contact us to cancel the renewal in advance, so the system did renew the passes as designed and agreed to. If you would like a copy of your contract, email [email protected] and they will be happy to send it to you. Your passes were exceptionally canceled and a refund of $1312.59 was requested. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

      I purchased the annual ticket last year and it were expired May 2022, and my credit card was charged for another annual ticket without my knowledge until I checked my credit card balance. I don't plan to use the pass for another year and want a refund I called to your customer service line and waited for 30 mins until I got someone to pick up the phone call, the representative told me she DOES NOT have authority to issue refund and advise me to send email to the customer service to request refund, email was sent on June 27,2022 and I never received any response back and I feel so pissed off of the customer service,how come Sea World charge me without give me any notification or any of my approval?
