2/28 *************************** came to our home & quoted to provide 3" closed cell insulation on our roof & 5" open cell on the walls. He gave us a price & after talking with him about us having lost or 14 year old son recently & issues we'd had with people price gouging (he seemed nice) He cam back with a reduced price $15k to complete all items we spoke about.March 13th he and a tech/assistant showed up. They spent hours messing with ******************** us once they got started. I came by & saw the front of the house (black metal) has spray foam all over it. He assured me it would come off easily & not to worry.I saw as the job went on that the insulation was thin, in some places as thin as 1/2", of course I told ********** He assured me he would make sure it was taken care of. To let it cure & they would be back to spray another layer & to clean all the foam off now multiple areas of the house.A month went by, I asked almost daily when he would be back. He explained he didn't have the fund to purchase the extra material needed to complete the job. I asked him when he would clean the ********** would say he was working on it. He came to collect his 2nd trailer that had sat at our house for over a month.We spoke to ********* that ******** assured us he would finish the work & asked us to agree to pay for more materials. We did, even though it went against our better judgement seeing as he hadn't even attempted to clean off the 2 part cured insulation from the front entrance of our home. Didn't see him for days & more promises were made & not met. He agreed to pay for the material to show willing & still has not been to do the work even now. I requested his insurance info so we could claim against that at least to replace the metal panels he damaged. no ins info has been provided & we have to pay another vendor to get it completed & pay to replace the panels as we cannot purchase the special cleaner he supposedly has to remove the gunk.I have more pics
