On 04/21/2020 I hired AAA Pavers and Contruction LLC to remove my old driveway and replace it with pavers. The job looked very nice when it was finished. After about 10 months later I started to notice that every time it would rain the water would puddle up on one area of the driveway. It started out small but with time and the weight of the rain that collects is causing the pavers to slope very badly. I contacted AAA Pavers on 07/02/2021 by text about the problem, I included pictures. AAA Pavers contacted me on 07/05/2021. by text, that he would be out to look at the problem. He came to my home on 07/11/2021 and told me that this does happen sometimes and that he would bring his crew to my house the following week and fix it. That means that AAA Paver entered into a new contract with me since he agreed to take care of the problem. On 08/19/2021 I contacted AAA Pavers again and they replied once again that they would be here next week, again. He never showed up. On 10/08/2021 again I had to contact AAA Pavers and I told them that if they couldn't do the job soon that I would hire someone else to fix the problem and send them the bill. His response was " It's been crazy the past few MONTHS but I will have this done for you next week". Again, AAA Pavers didn't show up. On 11/12/2021 I again contacted AAA Pavers telling them that I would go to small claims court if this isn't fixed. On 11/16/2021 AAA Pavers contacted me telling me to go ahead and sue him. I have all of this on my phone in the form of text.
