I hired Big Pavers LLC. to install a new paver sidewalk leading up to the front door. I paid 2600 dollars for 178 sq feet of paver installation. I chose the color pavers based on the pictures that were submitted to me through email. I was not asked what design I wanted but just what color I wanted. I chose autumn but then changed it based on the yellow tint in the autumn pavers. I ended up choosing sierra based on the picture and it matching my house bricks the best out of the choices. I signed the contract to install the pavers and the contract says that the pavers may have a "slight" difference in color. When I saw the pavers that were installed I was in shock since they were about almost all grey and cream colored. The pavers completely clash with my home colors. I reached out to the Ed the owner to see what could be done since the pavers installed are not a "slight" variation of color, but a BIG difference in color. I mentioned a stain or sealer to darken up the pavers and was told it may help with the light color of the pavers but Ed wants to charge me for this. I don't think I should have to pay to make the job correct and match what was supposed to be close to the color I ordered based on a picture, but I guess Ed does not want to lose any money to help keep his customers satisfied. I don't want to write the company a bad review but I do feel like it's necessary since he is not trying to help me out. His contract wording is what is incorrect. The pavers are not a slight difference as you can see from the picture Big Pavers sent me comparing what was installed and the what picture I chose for the color pavers. I don't think any new customers would be happy to see the HUGE difference in colors I was shown and what was installed. If his manufacturers that sell him the pavers send him lighter colors then the picture, Ed and the estimators should come out with the actually pavers to show the customer so they aren't shocked to see a completely different color.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/06/27) */ Ed from Big Pavers sent out his workers to seal the pavers which made it look a lot more darker like the picture I chose from. I did not have to pay any extra money for this. Complaint resolved. Thank you Ed from Big Pavers.
