            I hired Hardscape Solutions to resurface my pool in September 2022. We are now in March of 2023 and the pool is still not done correctly. Hardscape subcontracted the pool to Classic Marcite and they have had to redo the pool 3 times due to poor workmanship. There have been delays and excuses all along the way. The final delay was March 13 when they were to finally fix the pool from all it defects and it never occured. This was just the last in the long line of excuses and delays. I have requested my money back from Hardscape Solutions; he agreed in person to return the money but I have yet to hear from him. I have had to have the pool drained and refilled 5 times along with countless chemicals I have put in the water that has cost me money. My pool deck has been ruined from the resurfacing, furniture with plaster material on it, fencing with plastering material, grass killed due to chemicals being put on it, plaster stuck to my driveway. It has been an endless battle. We are into the 7th month of a simple pool refinishing. All I am asking again is for my money back so I can move on from this nightmare. I wish I had found out the subs were being used.
