              Our HOA fees include internet and cable with Summit Broadband. We were offered a free telephone line with Summit and then cancelled. I was shocked to find in my junk-box a bill for $82.00. Instead of cancelling the phone line last year they put it on seasonal. They are charging seasonal fees, along with late fee charges. I dealt with a condescending manager (******) who stated she would cancel the entire account after I send $32.00. They will not cancel the account until I am forced to send $32.00. She was so purposely malicious that rather than just cancelling the telephone line, she was about to cancel the entire internet and cable which is covered by our fees...just to be difficult and cause more confusion. A terrible company. Internet and cable always down. Our condo development is sorry they ever hired this company. I REFUSE TO PAY THE EXORBITANT FEES WHICH ARE BEING CHARGED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND ON TOP OF IT HAD TO SIT ON THE ***** FOR AN HOUR WITH A CONDESCENDING MANAGER. SHAMEFUL!

              For the last two months, my connection with Summit Broadband has been unusable for large swathes of every day. I deal with hours at a time, every single day, with >10% packet loss, making everything from remote work to online games impossible. No matter how much data I provide, or how much I beg them to contact me to troubleshoot, nothing gets done. Right at this very moment, as I write this, I have 6.5% packet loss averaged over the last 15 minutes.I've gone back and forth with countless CSR's, CSR supervisors, and engineers that all tell me different stories. I've had to re-explain my problem to almost everyone I've talked as no one communicates with each other on their end. They all say my connection looks good, or that they're looking into things on their end, but nothing has been fixed. I'm hoping a complaint here will prompt better movement on my issue.
