I am in the same boat as the rest of these people. This company tells you your debt will be gone in 18 months and after the 18 month you don't hear from them anymore. I am in more debt now then when I started. They charged my one credit card ******* and the other one ******* for the lawyer fees they told me that would be taken care of the debt removal. Well that was not true. When I call all I am told is we are working on it. I was served with papers from the sheriff that I was getting taken to court if I could not make good for the payments on the one card. The both cards got sent to collections and I get phone calls each week from both collections agencies to get this resolved. I talked with ********* from Clearsky several times about getting this resolved, she tells me we are still working for you and tells me that she will let the other departments know they need to get this resolved. I never hear anything back on what is getting completed though, I would like if I could get a refund for the services that were never rendered. This company is a joke all they do is put more stress in peoples life's that we don't need.

Same rotten story, scammed and no way to get $$ returned, I do not understand how the ********************** isn't putting them out of business! I have contacted the State District attorney's office but got no where. Isn't our legal system there to help to get these illegal scam artists out of business and put them where they belong! But the local state attorney's office might prosecute their B____!!!***** and *******************

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!! This is a scam!!!! CLEARSKY FINANCIAL collected fees $$$ for supposing to help eliminate my debt. They had ME send out monthly to each creditor a list of items based on their instructions. Long story short - creditor SUED ME and I'm having to PAY AN EVEN HIGHER AMOUNT PLUS THE **** THEY CHARGED ME ON MY CREDIT CARD. Once I informed them of the creditor seeing me they didn't have any further instructions or help. They haven't done anything!!!Originally at Clearsky Financial, I spoke to *********************** with ********** of ******************************* and was assigned to *****************. This has caused a VERY HEAVY BURDEN ON ME FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. CLEARSKY FINANCIAL have caused me more stress than the original debt I started with.

They did not help me with getting my credit cards closedown. They said they could do this. I am having to pay for all of the cards they said they could resolve. I paid them 10,000 dollars to do this. Now I am having to pay plus all the credit cards they promised to take care of .

THEY ARE TERRIBLE! I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I FEEL SO STUPID! THEY PROMISED ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO HELP ME WITH MY DEBT. I'VE BEEN SUED BY TWO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND THEY DID HELP ME WITH THE FIRST ONE BUT NOW NOTHING WITH THE SECOND ONE AND I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM. I WORKED WITH THREE PEOPLE. ANGELA *****. CHRISTINA *******, AND JONATHON *****. I FEEL SICK TO MY STOMACH.
