This account ********* was closed last year. Received new statement of $164.83 balance. Advisor Michael Frustaci will not return calls or email. *** * ****** **** **** **** ******* ** ****** Closed acct and paid all exorbitant fees last year! Called some CS main # and told no record of closing account! Demanded we pay 120.00 to close the account! $14.83 left after ripoff request for fees already paid of which they have no record. Frustaci has been a jerk since the first day he took over our account. Never responds to emails. Never answers his phone. Never returns calls to messages. We just now received a revised 1099 causing us to have to pay for an amended tax filing!Business response

We are sorry that you did not receive the level of service you were expecting. We reached out to your representative who provided us with documentation, showing his communication with you. You were provided with a fee schedule when your account was opened and with your September statements. Additionally, a fee schedule is available on our website. Any residual monies were paid out of your account on May 5, 2023, and your account was coded to be closed.

I am rejecting this response because: The 2 accounts were closed in 2022. They were not closed as Frustaci was instructed. A call was made on our behalf to a number they found for IAA while we were present. This was on a speaker phone. The IAA representative stated IAA had no record of our requesting the account to be closed! Frustaci will not answer his phone numbers and will not respond to email!The third account inquired about during that call *********** was also discussed on our behalf regarding the fact we have never received the 6% interest we were to receive annually. The IAA representative did not explain why it was not received. He asked how we wanted the it dispersed after telling us that it could be once or twice a year. He was told, as were heard on the speaker phone with the person helping us, that we wanted it twice a year. We have still never received 6% annual income that we desperately need.

Apparently, there was a mix up with emails and addresses for representative. It is our understanding that your representative reached out to you and this matter is resolved.
