I wish there were an option for ZERO stars ZERO customers service & ZERO service. In the mist of losing my step-father, I accidentally called sprinkler's solution (aka SS) instead of *****. SS was the company that the previous owners of the house used. But my *********** had a standing relationship with *****. However, by accident, I contacted SS and left a message thinking I were leaving a message for *****. I explained in the message what I needed. I went on to say that I would be out of town for my stepfathers funeral. However, I would as a courtesy leave an estimated payment in my mailbox, and if there were any credits, they could credit my account (again thinking I was speaking to *****.) I asked SS prior what would be our estimated cost of service. I was told it depends on the service but no more than $80 unless they had to change a sprinkler head. So to be safe we wrote the check out to Sorko & left it in the mailbox.Needless to say our 360 4D yard/private home cameras captured everything once SS arrived. I immediately called them & said they were the wrong company. And, the cameras gave witness that the SS tech never completed the job. There were 2 sprinkler heads in my flowerbeds still broken, and they set the front yard sprinklers to 360 As a result the sprinklers; were watering the street . I explained to the manager that my step-dad had died and we didnt mind paying for service. But SS never completed the job, they took the check & the cameras caught it all.To add insult to injury, instead of simply trying to find a solution the manager immediately began threatening lawsuits. Thats when we had to get our attorney involved. So unnecessary in the mist of losing ******.Once we were back home, in the scorching 90+ degree weather, ***** came to fix SS mess. We paid ***** for completing the job while the manager at Sprinkler Solutions continued to send irate emails.More than anything were simply disappointed.
