  I paid ******* upfront $255 through an invoice on "Bookipi" (not zelle the way it was requested) to do a mulch job on April 18, 2024 and he texted me every day delaying the job, didn't show up until April 21, 2024 and did one hours work because we didn't have enough boxes, told me he was going to arrive the next day and finish it and never be back. Now, May 3, 2024 I have been waiting for a refund and keep getting texts from ******* saying he's going to do it but never does. I told him just to keep the $55 dollars because he fought me on "doing half the work" which absolutely was FALSE, he barely got anything done. To keep from arguing, I just asked for $200 back. Still not received and getting excuses every week on why he hasn't paid back yet. What's worse is that he told me he was in court for driving while his license was revoked, which was why he couldn't show up one of the days to finish the job - why does he even have a business if he can't drive? Just AWFUL. For proof, he was supposed to issue a refund on April 19, 2024 (screenshot attached).

  I hired Greedys Landscaping LLC, Maurice H******* to do a landscaping job for my house at the end of May, he was very adamant about a deposit, so I sent him a ***** payment of $1000 to buy materials. He tells me he will be here on that Saturday to deliver materials. No show no communications. His partner calls me and says he will be here the next day Sunday. Again no show no communications. I don't hear from him until Tuesday and he says he is coming out to prep the job for them to do the planting the next day. They arrive at 1pm, and they did pull out all the shrubs and prep the front of my house to install weed barrier and plant the shrubs and flowers. He tells me he needs more money to buy the sod for the backyard and they will be back tomorrow to get it all done Wednesday. I should have known, but I wanted to the nice guy, so I sent him another $500. Again no show no communications. I finally get him to call me back on Friday and he says he will be here Saturday. And once more no show no communications. So here we are Saturday. no show. So I start to research the company more and I see another complaint with the same MO. This guy is a scammer and a thief.

  Yes delay!!! was the problem Yes this is your money you work hard for just like me In I got stuck with the materials that we agreed on $1300 for all the plants mulch sod when I'm already given you whole sales on sir with no problem **** you are a nice client in I did 75% of the work in you fire me with out telling me anything when I was shopping materials.but that came to a close because of someone else saying looked on bbb about the last client say something not ture ..You yell at me did won't me to fixed the problem .I losing out on the agreement we committed  about

  I am rejecting this response because: They only showed up to work on Wednesday 1:00PM and worked until 5:00PM or 5:30PM 1 day after promising to come 2 other times the week before. And said they would be back the next day with the plants they already purchased to install them and the sod, and they needed more money to buy the sod. I foolishly gave him another $500 so it would not slow down the job. And then the next day no call to say I'm not coming just silence. Then I get a call from the partner on Friday, and he said they will be there Saturday to finish. Again, no show no call no nothing. They think my time is not important and just ghosting me is acceptable? Finally on Monday he calls me like nothing happened and says he will be there Tuesday to finish. I fired them. I found other complains online that they do this all the time and keep asking for more money. I am no fool, and I would rather move on and loose the $1500 I already paid them than do business with a company that can't even call or text to say I'm not able to show up. He can keep the money. I don't trust them to do anything they said they would do. I couldn't wait for 3 weeks more to get my job done. And if they bought my plants and had them in their trailer like they said I didn't want dead plants that were sitting in a trailer for a week. I bought the flowers, shrubs and mulch at **** ***** for $800 hired another company to do the work for $900 and it was done in 2 days.

  I hired Greedy’s landscaping to install fencing on my property over three weeks ago. I paid them $1900 as a deposit to install white vinyl fencing. They keep promising to come by and install the fence and they never show up

  4once the deposit was $1800 which I  have all my paperwork that a paid in put in a order for 2 gates pvc white!! If that's OK to say? That came up to .fence museu32-$754 one side in other side museum 36ft-$853 then you won't a 88ft costume wood fence including I will never take from no one I really think you did give us a chance I'm ready to go to court about this
