Fantastic when they're booking your job, a nightmare to work with after. Booked for turf and paver install at our home. ****** responded same day, talked us through the job, made us feel very comfortable. 50% deposit (via Zelle, red flag #1) due on booking.After that - a nightmare. Job was initially scheduled about 4-6 weeks from booking. Was then rescheduled day-of because of terrible rain, but then.....not rescheduled for weeks, and they kept pushing it back after that. They ultimately rescheduled at least 5 times, always because ****** claimed his crew was picking up materials which they should have already had in time for the original install date. The job was turf and pavers - if the pavers were taking a while the other still could have been installed. Did send his team one day to do demo and then the next day they again didn't show. I had to arrange to be at home or have someone else home each time for the work to be done. They would constantly say they'd be there and give a time and then still hours later not be there and start the pushback process again.Finally I had to call the turf distributor to get them to finally come and do the actual job. They came late that day. ****** showed up after, came on my property without speaking to me and left without my inspecting. Texted immediately after for payment. Inspected the next day and advised him I could pull the turf up in many places and it needed fixing. He came out again, but again came on property without letting me know he was there or speaking to me - I had to go out to him, After repairing he again texted for payment instantly. I'd placed in line for the following week before leaving for the weekend and he was texting me all weekend asking about payment and telling me he'd come by my house for a check.Final product looks nice, his crew did a a good job, but completely unprofessional in how they handled this. Worst contractor experience I've ever had.
