We agreed on lawn care service for a monthly charge of $90, with the exception of the month of February because the month has already started. The month of February was prorated for $30 and come March, Palmer Landscaping was to automatically deduct $90 from my bank account for their services. When March came, Palmer Landscaping deducted TWO charges of $90. I contacted them about it and was told via text messages that they would leave the additional $90 charge as a credit towards the month of April services. I agreed to this. On April 1st, Palmer Landscaping charged my bank account TWO charges of $90. I have tried to contact them since April 1st, to have this corrected and have yet to hear from someone. I have not been able to get through to them on the phone or via text messages. I have submitted a request on their website for contact and have not heard a response. I have turned to BBB because I don't want this happening to anyone else and in hopes to have Palmer Landscaping refund the additional charges they have deducted from my account.Business response
