I used "A Victorious Lawn Care" one time, in July 2022, to perform lawn services while my regular service provider was unavailable, with the understanding that it would be a 1-time thing, and I paid for that service. After that, even though "A Victorious Lawn Care" was not providing lawn services, which is what we agreed, they sent new invoices, for services not performed. I contacted them several times about it. Over the months, I spoke to the person who performed the lawn service for us in July 2022, and I spoke to their office manager. The invoices kept coming anyway. Then in Feb 2023 I called and spoke to the office manager, and I explained the situation again, and I told her that I was sick of receiving those invoices. I told her that I'm not sure it's even legal to knowingly send invoices for services not performed, and I told her that if it kept happening I might look into filing a fraud complaint or something of that nature. That got her attention and she said that it was a mistake and she would fix the situation. She sent a new invoice that same day, showing my payment for the July 2022 service and NO BALANCE DUE. I thought the situation was resolved... then a new invoice arrived yesterday (3/16/2023). I'm hoping this problem can be remedied once and for all, because it's very annoying. If it continues, I might look into filing a fraud complaint, if it's applicable. At this point, though, I would just like the invoices to stop. I've attached Invoice PDF titled *************************", wrongly indicating that I owe $1,050 for months of services NOT PERFORMED. I've also attached Invoice PDF titled ****************************************************************", which correctly indicates that I paid for the July 2022 service and owe no balance, and the email apologizes for the inconvenience. I've also included Invoice PDF titled "************************", which I received yesterday, once again, for services NOT PERFORMED.Business response

Hello I received this complaint and I understand but please also understand we upgraded to a new AP program and unfortunately we were still going thru glitches. We have removed him completely from our system and know for a fact now this will not happen again. Because of the new program I will not be able to send a paid in full invoice but I hope this works as a receipt that everything has been taken care of and will not longer receive any emails from us.
