      One year contract (was over charged) agreement on your Maintenance flyer was less than what you charged. Year contract is up/ended and you're still charging me past agreement. HOA maintenance plan to avoid violations did the opposite of the proposed/agreement.

      Please see the attached items as proof of refunds being provided. Weve also communicated this to ****** as this was a company error to keep her services beyond the 12 month agreement. I also provided the option for a courtesy cleanup/lawn care  to ****** in addition to the refunds.

      I had been using lawn service with BW property management since 2009 and over the last 6 months to a year they have not been coming as scheduled. On Nov 9 I received a notice that my lawn had been serviced, but I was home all day and they did not come. I provided Solomon via text pictures documenting that my lawn had not been serviced, he agreed it was not completed, but no action was taken. In December I asked them to reduce my November invoice for the unreceived service and the best the they would agree to was to "credit" me an extra service at a later date. Then in February again no services for over 6 weeks. I sent an email to the company and text to Solomon in early March asking when my lawn would be serviced as the prior service was on 01/28. I received no response to either the email or the text. Then on March 11, I sent an email and text asking to have my services terminated as of 01/28 since that was my last service. Again no response. Then on March 18 they sent someone to do my yard, but they could not because my gates are locked and I wasn't home. I then sent another email and text asking why they were trying to do my yard when I had requested cancellation a week before. I finally got Leslie on chat and she completed the cancellation but indicated that I would need to pay the February and March invoices. I stated I would not since I did not receive those services. She finally agreed to remove the February charges, but insisted I should pay for the uncompleted March service, even though it was after I asked for cancellation. I asked her to apply my credited service from Nov 9 to cover the March "service" and she never replied, she just left the chat. I have sent multiple emails and texts asking them to apply my credit to the open balance and mark my account as closed and paid in full. I have not received any replies to this request. I have received repeated automated emails that say to review my April invoice and pay my balance.
