I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Teruya & Sterling. Our experience with this firm has been nothing short of miserable.In January 2024, we hired them to assist with an immigration procedure for a family member. We signed contracts and made payments totaling $3800, expecting professional assistance and timely follow-**** However, our expectations were far from met.From the moment we made our payment, the firm did absolutely nothing to move forward with the immigration process. There was no follow-up, no initiation of procedures, and no communication from their end. Our family member had to seek assistance from another attorney in their county to follow up on their case, which was both inconvenient and disheartening.The only time Teruya & Sterling reached out to us was when it was time to make a payment. My father, who is deaf and 73 years old, was taken advantage of by this firm. They completely disregarded his needs and our family's situation. We did not hear from them or receive any updates from a paralegal or any staff member since January.This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Our familys trust in this firm was entirely misplaced, and we regret ever engaging with them.
