      On 7/5/25 I ordered a 17 under cabinet light. Order 13729.$23.56 paid with PayPal July 11 it was delivered but the light was a 9.5 under cabinet light.i e called the company no less than 10 times. Never spoke to a human. Always recording asking me to leave voice message. I received 2or 3 emails assigning me a request number and assurance that someone will reach out. Hasnt happened.Ive sent pictures of envelope that 9.5 light was in, Ive sent order number from company email on more than two occasions. *** asked via the message function and voice mail for a Return Authorization or whatever I need to do to send the light back and either get credit or have the correct light resent!

      The company did reach out to me and sent me the correct product. In addition, they told me to keep the product sent in error as s form of apology.  I accept their apology.

      Ordered an under counter LED light in October of 2022. In February of 2024 the light stopped working. User manual states that this light has a 3 year warranty from date of purchase. After contacting service department they responded that warranty is only for 30 days. Sent them photo of their user manual showing where it says warranty is 3 years.Their response is sorry for the confusion but warranty is 30 days.If I knew the warranty was 30 days when I bought the light, I never would have bought the light.
