      Went to **************. Swiped my card at one of the locker machines. Locker froze up. I went to guest services and they assured me I wouldn't be charged multiple times while giving me directions to successfully rent using a QR code and a different card. Low and behold I was charged 4 times. 3 on one card for the amount of 23$. One on another card for the amount of 23$. I want my money back as I did NOT authorize all of these payments. I only authorized 1 and only received ONE locker.

      At Park City (Canyons) on Sunday March 19 I attempted to use a day locker at the rate of $25. The electronic cashier accepted my credit card and asked for a four digit PIN. When I decided to change the PIN there was no way to go back or cancel the transaction. Guest Services at the resort gave me a website called *********************** which generated this address. Very frustrating not to have a phone # to call for a refund for a device never utilized.

      Hi I recently visited six flags in mass and I purchased a 18 dollar locker. It's located in the water park and it was jammed so I told the staff and they called someone to help me and they never came. Well I waited 45 till I just left. So at the end of the day they gave me this email to let you guys now.

      On Aug 6, 2022 I attempted to purchase a locker at Six Flags Great America Gurnee to store my belonging for safekeepings while at Hurricane Harbor. During my attempt I was charged multiple times after machine failed to print receipt twice and once given a locker that you was visibly broken. I was charged $60 total three failed attempts of trying to purchase a locker before the machine worked properly by issuing/printing a ticket to a working locker. I was told by Six Flags staff and managers I would need to contact the locker company to request a refund. This was a very frustrating process and still unable to find a number to speak with someone about my concern.

      I was trying to rent a locker at ************************* 2 days ago but was unable to get one as the session timed out. The transaction was cancelled and I was given a refund ticket but the money was taken from my account and I'm unsure if or when I will get that back. I spoke with *********** employees but they couldn't help me with this issue and to contact Best Lockers. Unfortunately I have stupidly misplaced my refund receipt as a result of the stress of the situation but I have uploaded a screenshot of the transaction. I hope that this situation can still be resolved.

      I went to six flags New England yesterday(7/23/22) with my family and kids. I tried to rent a large locker at $25 and First issue was it did not accept my card. I have a debit/credit card through my bank and I tried swiping several times different machines and did not work. I had to wait for an a six flags attendee to come help they took 30 mins to say if it didn't take my card it won't. He then suggested to use another machine that transfers cash into a Visa card. We only had $40 cash on us because we were told six flags was now cashless. We put $40 on card and was able to get locker. Second issue was once we got to locker and entered our 4 number passcode it turned green but never opened. We tried several times and no luck. We then called for another attendee and after an hour of waiting for him we decided to make a complaint and was told nothing they can do short staff and when he can get to us he will. At this point it was 1 1/2 of waiting in 95degree weather with kids sad they couldn't go play because we had one big bag of things we didn't want to risk bringing with us and placing it near hundreds of people. Six flags desk girl felt bad and said she would watch our things and gave us information how to get a refund for locker we never used. I'm asking for a full refund of $25 for the large locker at six flags New England in water side.

      Rented an x-large locker at Dorney Park on Saturday. The locker was unable to latch properly and we didn't feel safe leaving our stuff. We spoke to an employee at Dorney who said they don't manage the lockers and couldn't help us. Very frustrating when you spend so much for a locker and can't even use it.

      On Saturday 6/11/2022 my daughter rented locker number***** at *********** and****************** for $40. Unfortunately she was unable to access the locker throughout the entirety of her trip. There were multiple efforts made by not only my daughter, but the locker supervisor as well as other staff. They were unable to provide access to a different locker as they stated that the lockers were owned by an outside company and provided the information on Best Lockers. The purchase of this rental was through a ready card, photo attached.
