On 6/21/23 I paid a $200 deposit to have my vehicle shipped from MD to AZ. Not only did the price keep changing after receiving a quote there was a high-pressure sales tactic used to get me to agree to the higher price right away because “the driver was waiting for a reply”. When we did not agree to the higher price and asked for a refund we were told no and it would be kept as a “cancellation fee”. This is not what was agreed to and is not in the contract we signed. I have contacted BBB, ******** and **** to intervene because this company is a scam. If my money gets refunded I will close this complaint. In the meantime, we are owed $200 as we entered this agreement in good faith. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!Initial Complaint

On 10/30/2022 I placed an order for a vehicle transport. On 11/1/2022 I sent $100 as a deposit to have a vehicle transported. On 11/3/2022 I was told they would have a driver and pick up the vehicle at 1pm. I received no further communication and they did not answer my phone calls. They never picked up the vehicle. I then requested a refund. They agreed to the refund. On 11/4/2022 they then again said they had a driver and would charge a cancellation fee and not refund me. They did not update my contract and I am not receiving driver information when they say they have a driver.Initial Complaint

I had scheduled a pickup for my vehicle which was contracted to be picked up on a specific date between two times, I had asked when it was arriving the day of and they said between those two specified times again, and then a couple hours after the time frame I reached out with no response and the truck never arrived to pick up my vehicleInitial Complaint

I submitted a request to have a quote provided for getting a vehicle transported from Utah to Texas. I received a quote from Ocean Blue Logistics that they could perform the shipping for $800. A contract was signed and terms were set to the $800 price they offered. Since this contract was signed they have contacted me twice saying a driver is available but for a higher amount than what was contracted. Last offer was for $1000 and asked me to sign another contract to pay the higher amount. When I refused to pay a higher amount then originally quoted they stated they would keep checking but they aren't able to find any drivers willing to make the delivery for $800. They also have informed me that I will be subjected to termination fees if I attempt to find another provider to ship the vehicle since a contract was signed. At this point they are essentially holding me hostage to either pay a higher amount then agreed to or pay early termination fees. They continue to advise they can find no drivers that will perform the delivery for the $800 that they promised they could offer and also refuse to separate me from my contract despite failing to provide the service they offered for the amount agreed. If they couldn't reasonably find a driver to deliver my vehicle in a timely manner at the price they claimed then the offer should not have been made and no contract should have been sent.
