I went to the establishment on October 18th 2022 to get a oil change. On November 1st 2 weeks after my engine seized. No oil at all. My mechanic stated there was no way i recieved oil within two weeks when he checked there was no oil, we do not have an oil leak or anything. I requested camera footage for this particular day and they do not want to share the footage. The area Manager claimed my engine had a recall and it did not. Stated he wasn't going to help because of my past history of invoices but cannot share the footage for that particular day. I honestly feel vavoline is hiding the footage because of fault and refuse to want to help me.Initial Complaint

On April 6, 2022, I took my car a 2017 Hyundai Accent (61,516 Mileage) for a oil change at Valvoline 10001 E Colonial Dr. Union Park, Fl. 32817. phone 407-384-0221. I paid for a conventional oil change. On Wed. April 27, 2022 my light engine came on in the morning. I took a picture of it, since I was not sure exactly what that sign meant. After work, I was driving back to Valvoline, when my car stop moving in the middle lane of University blvd. My car would not start or go on neutral. A Guy in another car got out to help me, he checked under my hood and stated there was oil spill everywhere. I had my car tow to my apartment. Valvoline manager and worker came by at 7pm then came back and showed me the oil filter was broken and it spilled all over. They then call the regional manager Jesus. Jesus stated he will call me and Valvoline will fix my car. Valvoline finally picked up my car to get fix on Monday April 9, 2022 evening or April 10, 2022 morning. On Wednesday April 11, 2022 @ 4pm Jesus call and stated my car was fixed. That evening he came with my car stated a new engine was place did not give me no paper work stated he has none. I called Jesus thru Valvoline recorded line and he stated it was LIKE new engine that was replaced. Jesus finally gave me a paper stating mileage as 61,516. On May 17, 2022 my engine light came on. Jesus came took a look. Called Jesus June 3, he called me back June 5, stated will pick up my car Tuesday June 7, to get it serviced, since he wasn't sure why the engine light came on. On June 7, 2022 Jesus said it was the Catalyst Converter and it had nothing to do with the oil spill. He stated he would get me a good price for me to get a Catalyst Converter. When I called Valvoline to speak with Jesus they stated Claim is closed and I cannot speak to Jesus. I went to his store, the manager called him. He stated it had nothing to do with the oil spill. That he is done. I called Valvoline who stated they a Franchised that Jesus is owner.
