I rent a mailbox with Physical Mailbox. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I am having a problem with ******, Director of Customer Success. This employee is not allowing mail to be placed into my mailbox because it is under the name of a minor. I have communicated with **** directly, and I have their permission to receive mail for a minor in my mailbox. ****** is refusing to allow me to speak to her manager for resolution. ****** is making arbitrary rules that are conflicting with the rules of the US post office. So ****** is breaking the rules. I respectfully ask to speak with the President of this company to resolve this matter.Business response

To whom it may concern,
We have spoken to this client regarding this situation in depth. The name the item was addressed to is in question as he first claimed it was a pen name, then his middle name and finally a minor child. The name was not added to his PS **** form and as such the **** does require all users added to the account to submit a form or if a minor child, proof of age. This is seems to be a problem for this client. I reached out to him on 12/11/2023, per ******'s request as her supervisor regarding this and he has yet to respond.

I have this mailbox since a couple of years ago, now I requested an additional credit card from my account to a third person, that cards arrived to my mailcenter and they are denying the service and saying that person must to go to a notary and give them a form to have that person added to my mailbox. I explained that was an aditional card, he will not use my mailbox and even that they denied. He is chilean, is not in ******* and doesnt speak english so its impossible to him to have the requested form notarized.
