            I am using a phone number for last 11 years and it is shared with thousand of people including family, friends, businesses, websites etc. I visited my home country and stuck over there for 7 months due to visa issues. The mobile service provider cancelled my phone number and couldn't reinstate it back. I was never informed about the cancellation or prior notice. I can't imagine starting using a new phone number and changed it over thousand of places again. I am extremely disappointed with this act and it caused a lots inconvenience. I would request them to find a way to reinstate it back and assign it to me again.

            Trying to get a promised 15% discount is impossible! There was no area to enter the discount code on the order form so I was charged full price. I called about this and was assured this would be corrected and a refund of the discount amount would be issued. After waiting, I called again and was told this would be taken care of. Nothing happened. Called a third time and was told “SORRY! , the discount cannot be applied. I strongly recommend not buying anything from this company!
