On January 7th 2022 I spoke to Kirk C****** regarding a loan modification for my home property. I explained the situation to Mr. C****** concerning our home with having a major hurricane the week after we signed our paperwork. Then another one a few months later. All my issues with ******** from the start of ******** purchasing our loan only 2 months after we signed our original loan. Also Covid-19 starting in 2020 and not having made any mortgage payments. In which Kirk assured me that the mortgage company ******** would do a modification for our home because of all the issues we have had. I completed the paperwork and payment authorization form for $2500.00. I was contacted by a Jeannie B*****, JD in which she stated she would file a modification. The paralegal Melissa B******* contacted me for all our information needed to file the modification. I sent all the information that was ask for. It was less than 30 days and Jeannie B***** emailed me to say it the modification was denied. But she would file an appeal for the modification in which was denied also. It took less than 45 days for both the modification and the appeal to be denied. Jeannie B*****, JD has not worked in Real-Estate Law. Jeannie B***** has worked for a law firm in which she supported litigation counsel in product liability, antitrust, and federal investigations on behalf of a pharmacy client. After that she was the Human Resources Director for the city of Henderson. For the last 10 years has owned and operated a boutique fitness facility according to her information on the Attorney Mortgage Services Website. I had already submitted a loan modification several times with out the help of any service. I was told by Kirk C****** that Attorney Mortgage Services had resources I did not have access to for helping get the loan modification completed. I feel I was lied to I also called to ask Jeannie B***** a question only to be told my case was closed by Kirk C****** in which he was very rude.
