Made an online purchase for lartisan Parfumeur which was placed at the end of June but did not receive an email confirmation though my bank was charged. I contacted customer service and **** responded by telling me the order didnt go through. I then showed **** a copy of the charge to bank. **** said that charge will come off and to place a new order. I did just that however in the interim the charge did not come off. I wrote et ************* the situation. Then I got notice the order had shipped out. I was surprised as I was told otherwise, that order was cancelled. Not one representative bothered to look into this or intervene. Meanwhile I only wanted one bottle and one charge. These representatives should not waste the time and money of customers and be liable. I called and spoke with **** who assured she would take care of everything. She then sent an email saying it will be a week until I am contacted by a supervisor. This is horrible customer service. Its baffling that you allow your customer service team to waste the time and money of its customers and not hold them accountable. That you allow them to provide false information is really bad. I will leave bad reviews despite liking your line . You need to be. A aged better
