Graebel was my brooker assigned by my company Amazon for my move from Pembroke Pines, FL to MillCreek, WA. The pickup was on 6/8/2021 and delivery was on 8/20/2021. Our terms of move included a full replacement value insurance. At time of delivery. We noticed damages to 1) Floor Lamp 2)Office Table 3)Study Desk 4)Kids Bicycle 5) Living room love seat and 6) living room sofa. We submitted claim via Graebel. Insurance survey was arranged which confirmed the damage and also confirmed that items are not repairable. We were offered a solution for claim 1-4, however for item 5 & 6 combined we were offered $1250 (despite Graebel agreeing that the replacement value is $1887 for Love seat and $1997 for Sofa). We have provided the comparable product links, pictures of damages and replacement value, but graebl refuse to honor claim despite agreeing to damage and Value of damage. We would like to get the fair replacement value of Sofa and Love seat as per standard replacement value policy offered at time of move.
