      The ********** of ******* contracted the movement of my household goods from ************** to ***********. Somehow La Rosa del Monte was subcontracted in Orlando to push my household goods to ***********. I received a partial delivery a week after the selected delivery day; this shipment done three months. The other part of the delivery is about motorcycles and still they haven't deliver because Hacienda *********** is not cooperating after they collected the tariffs and do not want to provide what they called "el levante"; a form that authorize the shipper to go ahead with the delivery. Now, there is a bike that does not have the Title and that is where I got the biggest issue with. When the transfer of responsibility happened between companies so La Rosa del Monte pick up the service. They should have know better that *********** Law dealing with Hacienda was going to be a problem. Now they are saying that this is the first time that this happened. The only doable choice is that they send back the motorcycle and I have to pay back the expenses that at this time they haven't provide. I do believed that they shouldn't accept the motorcycle while in the mainland due to the lack of title if that was going to be a problem. The other choice I suggested was for them to destroy the motorcycle as I can imagine is going to be too expensive and it wasn't going to be cost-effective. So far, that is a NO GO. La Rosa del Monte must be accountable for their lack of doing the things correct from the beginning. Again, while all the merchandise was in the mainland (US) they should have not accept the bike without the title and also they should needed to request all the title to include the affidavit on the bike without title from the company that sub-contracted them. They should pay all the expenses to move the bike back all the way to **************. Thanks that I am going back if not what do we do with that bike? Can't be destroyed, introduce as a part bike...

      If I could give this company a zero star I would. I trusted this company to deliver my furniture from CT to FL and with all the money I spent I recieved a broken 65" inch Samsung Curved TV, a broken Altec Lightning Speaker, a ripped Queen size Pillow Top matress and box spring among personal items that I had boxed up and labeled the box as "FRAGILE". I called the Orlando office immediately when I realized that my TV was broken. Apparently they stated they couldn't reimburse me for items that I packed up. I explained to them that the big items like my TV, sectionals, TV stand, speaker etc was not boxed up by me but it was taken by the movers just as is and they stated they were going to box my items when they arrived to the warehouse. I don't know how many times I told them to please becareful with my belongings. All they can offer me is $825 when I paid $450 alone for my TV to be delivered to me broken. I had requested for a refund on the items I paid and recieved broken on top of the claim and I was denied. They stated that the $825 is the only claim available due to the basic insurance. I remember asking the lady at the CT office for insurance and she stated that it was included in my move. I would've purchased extra insurance out of pocket had she explained to me that the insurance was a basic insurance. I am highly upset and angry that this company is taken advantage of people the way they do. I am a single mother of two young children and one who is artistic. I worked very hard to be able to purchase my furniture for people like Rosa Del Monte to take advantage of my situation. I want to be reimbursed for my claim and for the amount I paid for the move. The claim I received a "Claim Release" written in English and in Spanish. The English section states I can only recieve $195 where as the Spanish states I can recieve $825. I advised Mr. Jaime ***** and he stated that it was fine that I should still sign it. I know not to sign a document that is not inaccurate.
