      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and file a formal complaint against "Simple Moving LLC" (License Number: ************* for their exceptionally slow and inefficient moving services, which I experienced on October 1, 2023, during a recent move within the state of Florida. This ordeal has compelled me to bring the matter to the attention of the relevant authorities, as I believe it's essential to highlight the issues I encountered during this move and advocate for consumer rights. On the aforementioned date, I engaged "Simple Moving LLC" to facilitate the relocation of my household belongings from my old residence to my new one, both of which were located within a mere 3-mile radius. The inventory I entrusted to their care comprised two bed frames, two mattresses, two dressers, each boasting six drawers, and two simple desks. My grievances stem from the following substantial issues that marred this moving experience: 1. Excessive Loading and Unloading Times: The most glaring problem was the extraordinary amount of time it took the moving crew from "Simple Moving LLC" to complete the loading and unloading processes. Despite the fact that the furniture in question was relatively standard in terms of size and weight, the entire move consumed an astounding 4 hours, which was significantly longer than I had anticipated. It became evident that the movers were proceeding at an unreasonably slow pace, and I couldn't help but wonder if this sluggishness was a calculated move on their part, with the intention of inflating the hourly charges. 2. Unjustified Delay in Arrival: Adding to my mounting frustration, I left my old residence immediately after the movers from "Simple Moving LLC" departed, expecting to reach the new location without undue delay. However, to my dismay, it took the moving crew an additional 30 minutes to arrive at the new destination, despite the proximity of a mere 3 miles. Uploaded original quote and invoice

      in the pictures that were submitted in the complaint your move was estimated at 3hrs which you agreed and accepted the estimate and the move took 4 hrs instead of 3 not all estimates will be 100% correct we do appreciate you booking with us

      Company will not deliver my furniture until a second payment is made to company. Which Concord Moving (broker) did not disclose to me. In addition, the *** (whom is not the owner) of Simple Moving LLC requested for me to send him $770.45 directly through ZELLE (Tsoy Meneger ************************ rather than the company's name. Mr. ******* will not provide me with date of delivery for my items. My items have been sitting at this business for a week.

      Valuable ($8900) piece of furniture (sideboard) was damaged during the move. When it was brought into the new home, the top was not wrapped like the rest of the piece. I went over to look and saw deep gouges in the wood and multiple scratches and nicks. Courtney - one of the movers said they would "take care of it". Before they left. I reminded him and he called the manager - Greg H******** - I spoke with him and he texted his name. He told me to send pictures and the cost to replace the piece which I did. He said they would file an insurance claim. Over this last week, he has not returned any of my calls or texts. I called him early this morning and he answered but hung up on me when I told him who I was.

      I used Simple Moving LLC to move from Orlando to Panama City Beach on June 19, 2022.. They broke an Art Deco Mirror that they promised to compensate for the damage. They admitted to causing the accident and agreed to compensate me for a comparable mirror that we found online valued at about 450.00. I was told I would hear from your the company in a few days to resolve the matter. When I did not hear from them I began calling. I called at least 4 times and was told I would get a call back and never did. The past 3 times I have called I been hung up on. I would like compensation for the mirror as promised. Thank you for your time in handling this is issue for me. Sincerely, **************
