      I hired Two Men and A Truck to move and store all of my belongings during the remodel of my apartment building. They came and picked everything up and the container was to be stored in an enviormently controlled building. I had placed some Apple Air Tags in (some taped inside and one in plain view). The *********** went off line the day of the move out but the hidden one was pinging in a field behind their offices. All of my artwork and 2 toolboxes were stolen. In addition most of the furniture came back with mold or physical damage and mold. My attempts to contact them have gone in vein and calls are all sent to voice mail with no response. At 80 years old Senior Abuse comes into plat but NO attorney or news outlet will get involved with this dishonest, abusive Company. They also called me the day of the move back demanding additional money to return my life. This was a lifetime of electronic tools and test equipment as well as treasured artwork (some original) that can never be replaced

      We contracted Two men and a truck to move us on 12/30/2023. We prepaid for the moving services, they were a no show. We had no way to contact them as the office was closed. We reached out to every number we could find and left messages. Four hours after the pickup window we received a call back stating that a "software glitch" caused the miss of the pickup. We had to scramble on a holiday weekend at night to find someone else to move us as we had sold our home and needed to be out. Finding someone else on short notice on a holiday weekend came a premium. This business is terrible and it cost us more than double the 5 other quotes we had (including them) for the move.

      Movers moved hard top for collectible car which was properly secured on a stand but because of careless handling (lifted the item instead of the stand) it was damaged. The damage cause is $10,000 or more but the total value loss of the vehicle if not repaired is probably in excess of $100,000. Movers refuse to pay for the repair and trying to hid behind liability waiver.

      You have the wrong franchise location. We have never serviced anyone by that name. We have never moved a car top nor have ever heard of any complaints resembling this matter. All franchises are independently owned. You have the wrong location.

       

      This is exactly why I stopped doing business with the BBB and no longer renew my membership with you.

      Please correct this issue or I will file a complaint with your corporate office.

      Hired Two Men and a Truck to pack and move us on February 22-23, 2022. There were damages to furniture and items that needed to be replaced because they were broken. Hanging clothes and drapery were in bottom of boxes. We were charged for supplies that were not used. Several boxes had to be moved from garage to rooms in home, some weighing over 100 pounds. Boxes were not placed in correct rooms and many were not labeled. Had made contact with Dylan S******** (General Manager) who was very cordial and understanding with my situation and offered to replace and refund monies to our account. He has since left the company and now the new GM Julian has not returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails in the last 2 months. I am now reaching out to you to see if I can get my problem solved. Thank you. ***************
