I purchased a Healy unit in January of this year. According to the information in my emails, I should be able to access my health, and address issues with a healing frequency. I have never been able to do this! When I select and on load the frequency program, it runs for a short time, then kicks me out of the program. I’ve tried to use despite these issues, however it doesn’t work consistently. I no longer trust the unit nor the company. I’ve reached out. Of course they are giving me a blanket excuse, despite my issues.Business response

I purchased a Healy device from this company a couple of years ago. Right out of the box it had problems. It turned off at random times and the bluetooth connection was inconsistent. I could barely get through a session without it disconnecting or turning off. I contacted customer service right away but I didn't receive a response until six months later, and was not offered a replacement as I should have been per their warranty. Recently the bluetooth stopped working entirely, so I requested a replacement again. This time I did receive a reply but I was told that it was out of warranty and that I could purchase a replacement myself (they offered a small discount, but this seems almost insulting given that they didn't reply for six months or offer a replacement the first time). At the time of the original complaint, other customers I knew were not able to get replacement devices, and did not receive replies to complaints, so it's unclear whether or not Healy has ever honored their warranty. Also, it's not clear whether or not Healy might be a pyramid scheme. They are operating as an MLM, but the focus seems to be on sales rather than on the product (as demonstrated by the lack of customer service). I'm requesting a replacement or refund, whatever is possible.Business response

Our research shows that you originally initiated your claim with us on Ticket #****** on October 7, 2020; we replied giving you specific troubleshooting instructions. Since you never replied, you told us using the troubleshooting instructions fixed the problem. We did not hear from you again until February 13, 2023, when you initiated another inquiry in ticket#1276842. As explained to you, the warranty on your device expired in October 2022.

10/17/22 purchased from company. $879.08 was the cost of the product. No phone number was provided by the company nor is it on the invoice. I've emailed is unmonitored and to use their support page. I have attempted contact through the support option to try and return the product within the window of time I'm allowed to be refunded. No website information on how to return the product. No email response given as to how to return. I want to be refunded for this item. 10/17/22 purchased, received 11/2/22
