Horrible experience with the used car manager. Bait and switch scummy dealer. They partner with other automotive companies and provide a no-haggle price, reiterate that they will take care of me only to try and rip me off by more than $4k.Review from Oliver G

Do not buy from this dealer. Unfortunately I learned the hard way.The used car I bought had a windshield crack and they promised to repair post-purchase at no charge. I had the papers and everything documenting the promise.I took the car home (since I had no other car), then after a few days called them to follow up and schedule service for thr windshield replacement They never called back. One time I scheduled appontment and went to their service center (in Orlando; I live in *****) and presented my document; they said they will order the replacement part and call me back. Again, no call back.It has been several months and the windshield is getting dangerously cracked all the way. Im no longer hopeful.Review from Lisha H

If you are looking for a reliable Cadillac do not buy from this location!!! I purchased a used 2019 XT 4 from a salesperson just 5 months ago. This vehicle had major mechanical issues. I don’t believe these used vehicles are checked before selling! I had 2 breakdowns on the hwy within 5 months of buying. So I suggest do not buy at this location. I was told sometimes you get a good one and sometimes you get a bad one. Stay away and don’t take the risk.Review from Shema T

OBT location!! Not sure how they are in business and glad I didn't purchase from them! I went through ******** and found a 2016 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. The manager Mike called me when I sent an inquiry so I set an appointment met with Robert who appeared to be a nice salesman. Long story short, he told me to come back on Monday to finish everything meanwhile over the weekend I got an email from ******** saying the vehicle had been sold. I had to be the one to reach out to the salesman to confirm. I got no apology I got NOTHING except "Oh it sold Saturday night and we are closed Sundays. So whyyyyy would you tell me to come Monday morning if you knew it sold Saturday??!! Just no regards at all. This is NOT how a business should be towards their customer/potential customers. I will report this to every public avenue I possibly can.Review from Kevin M

On Tuesday 01/31/2023 I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4. On Sunday 02/05/2023 I went to full the gas tank and realized this car recommends high octane gas. This was not mentioned to me during the sales process. This would have been a deal breaker for me. I drive on average 20K miles a year. The gas is costly enough without high octane gas. I understand this is an honest mistake but they need to have a check list of items to be sure to cover during each transaction.Review from Elida K

Liars and deceivers is what you'll encounter in this place. At exactly 4 months and 7 days ago I've trade in my 2007 mazda 5 for a 2014 kia soul and it was the worse thing I could have ever done. The car started giving problems since the beginning...automatic back door doesn't work, lamps burning everywhere, they forced me to pay $1000 for a permaplate supposedly applied, when the car already has lots of painting defects, the front beans shuts off when I use the blinkers, it's super noisy and weak on hills, but yesterday it started tickings in the motor and I received a warning to schedule service because of some problems with the engine and the gas pedal wasn't working properly anymore. Apparently some oil pump problem. Massey Cadillac had scheduled my first service on the next 28 of September, but the smart computer didn't warned me about any issues before, no lights, no warnings. Resuming they "stole" my trade in and sold me a lemon ($12 K), now I owe $10.000 for this piece of garbage and they refused to help me out and want me to pay for expensive services or trade this lemon for a more expensive lemon with them and owe them even more, which I just learned from my mechanic that is scam they do on purpose. I don't have a car to work and plus I have debt. DO NOT BUY CARS AT THIS PLACE, THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL LIARS. Mike sales manager, Fritz and Eloy you should be ashamed for scamming a 60 year old single woman that works hard for $15/hour to keep my excellent credit score. Burglars/scammers.Review from Evelyn T

Purchase a Dodge Journey 2017. Sales person only let me drive the vehicle only at 40mile per hour. When asked about the engine transmission etc. Sales and financial agent expr I have to shop hit my credit once againessed the car was in good condition. When we went to picked up the vehicle we found out the car was in no good condition. No gas cap, ac not working and within days the car over heated. We went again to returned the fiasco of a car. Got a better one. But what I am really upset is the culture of the place. Finance department had a bank letter from the original purchase. Keep in mind this happened within days. I asked to utilize my bank letter but they decided to run my credit and to stick me with the highest apr. In which I found out from my bank. As a customer I feel violated. It's a nightmare. I advice to any person who read this not to shop in this dealership. Now to lower the high interest rate. BEWARE DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.Review from Andrea H

Purchased a new, 2018 XT5 SUV in Jan. of 2019. Second Cadillac purchased from the Massey dealership. I get routine services and check ups at the same dealership. A couple of months ago, I had my battery replaced by the service dept. at Massey. While on my way to work, and while yielding to traffic, as I approached entry onto the Florida turnpike, my auto-shut off kicked in (which is normal) however, it triggered my electrical system to SHUT OFF completely! This incident put me into very dangerous situation. I could not put on my hazard lights and there were cars and trucks approaching from behind with no indication as to why I was stopped. Fast forward to me contacting Massey Roadside assistance who openly admitted that the battery was not replaced correctly by the Massey service tech. Additionally, this incident was a combination, and result of two other major reasons: 1. GM motors' replacement battery spec is different from the stock battery...the battery posts are smaller - so service has to "retrofit" to the new battery, which combined with the incompetency of the service tech, contributed to my car shutting down. 2. Upon researching in Cadillac forums, it seems that there is an ongoing problem with Cadillac's (my model for instance) SHUTTING DOWN with no warning. The entire electrical system fails - drivers are stuck, like I was, with NO HAZARDS. I have addressed with Massey's management, only to be pacified and patronized...also made to feel like a stupid woman who is just "complaining" ....with absolutely no action or promise of researching this negligent act from their service department, and no concern about the flaw within the vehicles electrical system. I used to love my Cadillac, now I am fearful of driving it - I feel that it is a matter of time before this happens again. I will never buy from this dealership, or from any other that sells Cadillac's until GM corrects this issue. I plan on taking this incident to everyone that will listen, as I fear for my safety, and the safety of anyone who has the same vehicle.
