This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with in my entire life. Not only did they lie about not having paperwork that they are required to have for the car they sold me, but they also knew of problems with the car that made the car dangerous to drive and refused to disclose it prior to the sale. They claimed the information was being emailed and then never sent it, even after it being requested over four different times. They lied about several problems and withheld documents that would have notified us to this problem, even though we asked NUMEROUS times for that information. After I discovered the problem, I went to them to see how to go about fixing it and they told me the car was fine to drive until they were able to get a part needed to fix it, and that the part was very difficult to find so it would take a month to get. They were aware I was unable to wait for a month for the part as I was only in the state temporarily and had to go back home in a week. After consulting with several other Subaru dealerships and mechanics, we found out that not only was the car INCREDIBLY unsafe to drive while waiting to be fixed, but also that the part is very easy to obtain and in stock in most other Subaru dealerships. I now have no way to get back to my state without paying for another car myself (which is a two day drive away). They refused to provide a loaner car until this one is fixed, they won't help with shipping costs of the car once it is fixed, and I've had to pay to stay in hotels until they are able to fix it, since I was supposed to drive the car back home prior to September. They lie, are manipulative, and have no trouble putting peoples lives in danger. After I wrote them a bad review, they tried to make me take it down by offering a specific car to trade for the one that was dangerous. When I contacted them about this car, they pretended they had been talking about a different car that is of LESS VALUE. This is the most illegally run place.Business response
