      Started the process, finished the application then couldn't get to the training that was supposed to be included. The only training I found would cost another $99.00. I tried calling them and it literally told me they were out to lunch and to call back. I have sent 2 emails requesting a refund.Have not heard back yet. Not impressed, and I don't recommend this company.

      Hi ********, Our cost does not include the education course because the state also offers a course on their website. You were given the option to add it to your purchase for $19 during registration, however. In addition, we are on EST and our phones are off from 12-1 pm. We require a refund request form to be completed for our refund department processing and as of this writing, we have not received one from you. You will receive a full refund when we have the request. One was emailed to you yesterday and it is on our website under the Terms and Conditions tab. We would still love to help you with this process and apologize for the frustration it has caused you.

      Received us mail from this company. Signed with them and they took $55.00 out of my bank account. Attempted to sign in to initiate the training and couldn't. The company said I didn't complete registration. I told them I did because they took my money and I have a client #. After several emails, I asked for a refund as I was not comfortable dealing with them. I was told to complete a refund request but that there would be a $50.00 service fee (which means I would only receive $5.00 back). This company did absolutely nothing to warrant keeping any of my money. My opinion - scam operation. Stay clear of them.

      Very difficult to get renewal completed. Very slow to respond or notify me of next steps regardless of how many emails I sent or phone calls I made to them. They shredded my application causing me to start the process from the beginning and delaying my renewal. Would not recommend.

      I ordered a notary Bond on November 8th immediately canceled it within the hour. I was told refunds were given on the 15 th. I had to write back today which was the 23rd of November to inquire about my refund. When I did the service representative named Melanie stated it had been overlooked but that they had not charged me service fees. I am offended that this woman acted like she was doing me a favor by refunding me my money for a service I did not receive. Why would she even mention service fees? This place is a rip off and I would never use their service.

      The refund was not initiated until my phone call. If I had not called to find out where my money was I never would have gotten it back. There wasn't even an apology, just a comment about how I wouldn't be further charged for a service I never received. POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, the response above is unsatisfactory. The proper response is an apology not indignation.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY i SUBMITTED MY INFORMATION ON FRIDAY 05/20/2022 AT 9:56 AM WHICH WAS PAID 124.94. I DOWNLOADED APPLICATION SIGNED IT AND SCANNED IT PDF FORMAT AND SENT IT BACK TO THEM AT 10:15 AM AS A PDF. Here is the signed application Fri, May 20 at 10:15 AM. I GOT A REPONSE BACK SAYING THANK YOU WE HAVE RECIEVED AT Fri, May 20 at 12:11 PM THEN Fri, May 20 at 12:26 PM RECIEVED ANOTHER EMAIL STATING PLEASE SEND AS PDF FORMAT AND AGAIN SENT IT TO THEM AS A PDF FORMAT.       I want to thank you for hearing me and I appreciate the promp refund I recieved. Just to let you know I recieved another email wanting
      me to send in my document again. I don't know who your IT person is or who dose that for you but you need to get that fixed.

      Their course is extremely misleading and they refuse refunds. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the NSA course. There is no value there. I called and requested a refund and they told me I did not qualify. Although I made the purchase 10/01/2021 and I requested a refund 10/12/2021. I would not suggest you purchase from them.

      AMAZING! We struggled with the state of IL for some time to get them to send us our certificate. Nonetheless, this place took care of us like no other! I directly worked with Sarah S and she was always responsive to us. I respectfully disagree with others stating that they do not respond. They have been on top of their things, and I'm switching going forward and will be using them for other notary supplies/questions/etc. I would highly recommend them!
