Yes I seen the company on FaceBook advertising about shared office and office space. So I thought this was a reputable company. I went into the office to check out the office space and I liked what I seen so I sat and talked with the receptionist and she sat me down with the owner through face time who does not return calls the secretary handles everything. I was intrigue about the office space so I let the guy talk me into obtain the office he was very convincing so he convinced me in what was supposed to be a contract and he told me he can get me into this office all I have to do is put down a deposit and it is mine. So i rushed to the bank and took out the deposit of 770.00 well i sat down and read the information and they over charged me by 100.00 and they did return the 100.00 after I contacted them a couple of times. So I called and told them a couple of days after the fact is they can let me move in the office by February since I did put my deposit on the space to give me more time since he stated my money of 670.00 is nonfundable according to his contract. So today on 11/5/2021 I recieved a call from his secretary who handles his business since the owner does not reach out to you himself being a business owner told me since my deposit is nonreundable would instead let me have the virtual office space at 49.00 a month and the phone number at 29.00 for the entire fee of my deposit and I asked her for a breakdown and will it include me coming in to use other space if need so tho to interiew or do training with my employees when my business becomes establish without added on fees involved. Then she make up excuses and could not say. Everying that has came out has been very fishy and scammy and not adding up to the agreement after they took my money and trying to get more from me. I as an individual would like the company investigated on the policies because the not seem like a truthful company and the owner hides behind a camera like he is in another country.
