The same thing happened to me as with the other complaints. Peter contacted me in June, 2023. He wanted me to advertise in three of his luxury magazines. I needed to provide him with photos of myself, a bio and photos of current and sold listings. I provided him all the requirements on time. Deadline for the final proof was due on July 11 for publications in his magazines in August and September. He was very responsive until he received my $600. He said he was going on vacation but will still communicate with me. He didn't. When he returned from vacation I had a couple of responses from him and then he went silent again, claiming he had been sick. I never received the final proof for the magazine after numerous attempts to get an update from him. I discovered these other complains on the BBB in mid August and realized I had made a mistake dealing with this guy. I sent him a copy of the previous complaints and told him I wanted to cancel my contract and wanted a full refund or I would submit a complaint to the BBB myself. He immediately responded and we spoke on the phone. He said he would refund my money and would take a copy of the envelope which was going in the mail the following Monday. That conversation took place Friday, August 18 and to date I have not received any indication he has sent me a refund. Please note he is no longer in Florida. He resides in British Columbia but has a Scottsdale, AZ business address now. See attached invoice. His email is *****************. His cell number is ************. The Magazine simply did not have enough funds to print, unfortunately
***** deserves a full refund which she will get within the next 7-10 days as there are a few others before her that we are paying back as quickly as possible

I was contacted by Peter V***** who sold me advertising in a local visitors guide, with the promise of a spring 2023 publication date. He has not delivered on his promise, and it is now clear that he has bamboozled several local small businesses out of our hard-earned cash.Business response

The magazine was late simply due to not enough advertising revenue.
That has now been rectified and the magazine delivered
Mr. ****** has now had the magazine delivered personally with multiple copies to his place of work and the magazine is now circulating in the area
Mr ****** has now had everything that he paid for

Peter V***** (THE VEITCH GROUP USA INC.) contacted our school with a pitch to sell us ad space and run an editorial about our school in various magazines. Peter then upsold us on larger page space and a longer editorial length. Peter billed us to run our school's ad in various magazines in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale. No ads were ever printed! Peter, when contacted, did not respond by email or phone. Peter runs a scam magazine printing company where he shows you back issues of magazines online, shows you what a designed ad would look like on an online flip page. No physical magazines are printed by him and circulated to anyone! Peter promised us 25 physical copies of each of the magazines for our school's open house. We never received any magazine copies! Peter's fraudulent magazine operation hurt our school by not only taking our money but also by hurting our chances of advertising our school during a critical time of student enrollment. No ads for our school were run! Peter sent a woman to collect our payments, named: ****** ****** As of August 22, 2023, no magazines have been printed, and no copies of the promised magazines have ever been delivered to us.Business response

I have been in contact with Mr. ******* and subsequently repaid him $795 out of $1495 so $700 left to go for a FULL REPAYMENT
The magazine has been printed now and is circulating and a single copy was delivered to Mr.*******'s school just for reference as we are refunding him and I don't want any expense on top of what's already been incurred
The refund as we have already had to print 5 pages of his for nothing! and with a sponsor logo as well (the cost just to me is over $800 in lost revenue) is guiling.
But as I was threatened with speaking to all my clients and starting a witch hunt, I didn't have anywhere to go, so agreed the full refund for damage limitation as my clients to some degree have already been approached by said Mr. *******. The rest of the refund will happen with the next week or so.
But with all that being said I just want this to be behind me and Mr. ******* to be but a bad memory

I was contacted by Peter V***** in early October to advertise in several of his publications. They were to be completed in a timeframe where the publications would run from Nov 2022 until April of 2023. He sold me on the different publications because they would be out during the times of Barrett J******, WM Open and the Super Bowl, here in Arizona. Well, it's February 2nd and I haven't received the publications, I haven't received proofs of any of the articles. I've contacted him several times over the last few months asking for ANYTHING, he keeps saying his producer, Denise, will contact me but no one has. I've texted several times and he responds saying he can't refund, because we have a publication deadline to meet, but the deadline was in Oct and Nov. So, I've asked for a refund due to the fact the events that these publications were suppose to be at have past, with no response. The total of funds he received from me for these publication ads is $1715.00. This was for a front cover ad, an interior 2 page ad in 3 publications and a team editorial in 2 of the publications. To date, he still has not returned my email request or my text request for a refund and he won't take my phone calls.Initial Complaint

I was purchasing an ad to promote a real estate business. I was promised the cover of the ***************** exclusive only agent in my ******** area, a full page ad in the *********************** and 1/4 page ad in the North ********** event magazine. As well as 100 free copies of each magazine. He asked for Zelle payment of $995. No magazines or communications with ***** since. I was contacted by Peter V***** of The Veitch Group USA, Inc. to advertise my Real Estate business in his magazine for Fountain Hills and Rio Verde. I was shown a previous copy of his publication, which I liked and promised right side full page ad space in his publication due out on August 22. 2022. I was invoiced and paid $440 via *****. The fee came with ad design but I provided my ad well within the deadline. Peter and his ad designer both acknowledged receipt and acceptance of the ad after a last minute correction by my ad designer. Prior to August 22, 2022 Peter called back and last minute offered the same full page right side ad space in his magazine for the Scottsdale area, a larger distribution. We agreed to use the same ad which he and Denise the ad designer already had and approved. He was unable to invoice me but requested a second ***** payment on July 22,2022 $300 for the Scottsdale ad which I paid on July 22, 2022. I was promised 50 copies of each magazine delivered to my home pllus his normal wide magazine distribution by 8/22/22 August 22, 2022 passed but no magazine. I spoke with Peter on August 30, 2022 and he made printer and COVID excuses but promised the magazines delivered to my home by 9/12/2022 no problem. It is now mid-Oct 2022. I have not received any magazines nor found them in circulation and Peter isn't answering his phone. To date he has completely defrauded me if my payments totaling: $ 740.I really want the quality magazine distributed as promised but since he is not delivering anything I want my money back. He didn't even have to pay for ad design as I supplied an ad he liked very much. Just return my payments and log this complaint against his business. He's a con artist.
