Scam!!! This company overwhelmed the radio station with advertisement that you can loose a pound a day or more. No drugs, no hormones, no medications and no need to be deprived of food. Sounds good right??? Of course it does. So I decided to try it. It was $1,600 for the program. I paid in full as there was only another option of a payment plan through a third party company. You get an app to help you track food and speak to their "coaches" and "nutritionist". And a grocery list of foods to buy. The coaching is a joke, no guidance at all. My phone calls were like 3 min's with her and it was her mostly asking how I was doing. Very awkward as she had nothing to say. After only loosing 7 lbs in 3 weeks, and asking for help from both the coach and nutritionist, I thought something was wrong with me so I contacted Cesar, who sold me on the program. He ordered a blood test to test my hormones. Nothing was wrong with my hormones and they tried to sell me on hormone therapy which I don't need as I don't have any symptom's and I am young. So I reached back out to Cesar for help and he completely ignored me. (and still is ignoring me) Then when I started complaining about the program and asking for a refund, the entire office ignored me. I tried to find the owner or someone above Cesar but is unsuccessful. So now I have to warn people about this company. I totally understand that people have different results but not to help me at all is not what I signed up for. I was told that I would have guidance and help through this program. When I reached out to the nutritionist, which is another 3rd party company, she just told me to buy from the grocery list and buy some pills that help you go to the bathroom. No help on menus or menu planning, and I was told to eat cucumbers and celery when hungry. I mean really??? The customer service is horrible from all employees at the Orlando office. Don't fall for their scam....... I am so upset that I spent so much money
